The BigPosters.com online store will show a Production Time (in business days M-F). If an order is placed before 11:30am EST, that day is
counted as the first day of production. If an order is placed after 11:30am EST, your first day of production will begin on the next business day.
The tables below show scenarios when an order is placed BEFORE 11:30am EST.

1. Anytime a rush order is placed, we prefer that you give us
a phone call to confirm that everything is running on
schedule at our end.
2. Weekends & holidays are not counted in production time.
3. We are not responsible to meet your turnaround, if the
files you have provided are not set up properly and you are
not returning our phone calls and emails. Please make
sure you provide cell phone #s if necessary.
4. We are not responsible for Fedex delivery due to weather
delays and/or mishandling on the order once Fedex has
possession of it.
